Pool party under the stars, then the public concert

A pool night for the week's guests. Other rooms stay on sale until 10 fans book.

A sample week. The day order is flexible: the artist and our team set the final schedule, and weather can move the boat day.

Monday to Sunday, 7 days / 6 nights. One artist that week. Up to 30 guests.

Guided snorkel trip, then a fan Q&A and listening session.

Full-day island boat party
Island stops, swim, lunch on board, a set on deck.
Friday
Pool party under the stars
Private pool party at Lina Point. Guests only.
Saturday
Public concert
At Lina Point, up to 90 people. The island is invited, and week guests get the VIP area.
Sunday
Farewell
Farewell brunch, group photo, check-out.

The public concert holds up to 90 people. The artist sets their own ticket price. Monday is the staff reset before the next artist. Every headline moment is photographed. You leave with the content.

How pricing works

The fan base is a 2nd Floor Suite for the week. Two people can share the room, or a solo traveler can take it.

Food and drink and the excursions are part of that week.

The artist's own fee sits on top of that base.

Room upgrades are available.

Room and meals are covered for the artist and one guest. Flights are not.

Guest packages

Every package uses that same calculated base, plus the fee you set. A Magic Cosmic profile is included for every guest.

1. Bridge
The calculated base week, plus a Magic Cosmic profile.
2. Overwater
Everything in Bridge, plus a richer week of programming with you. You still set the fee.
3. Ceremony
Everything in Bridge, plus a facilitator and a ceremony-friendly schedule. The venue does not supply medicines.
4. Ceiba
Everything in Bridge, plus a Dreamwalker session.

Your fee

You set the per-person fee. It stays on its own line, and you keep 100% of it. Artists with a strong draw charge more and earn more. Fans book at linapoint.com under your artist code. This site does not take payment.

More ways to earn

On top of your fee, you keep the gate from your public concert night, plus other earning options during your week.

You keep 100% of ticket sales, net of ticketing processing. The venue keeps bar and food. Week guests get in free, with a VIP area.

Payout and fan terms

Payouts

The artist advance is the lower of US$1,000 or 50% of the per-fan fees fans have actually paid as of 30 days before the week.

Fan protection

If the artist doesn't perform, fans are refunded in full.

No-risk commitment

There is no minimum and no deposit from you. A date can be held free for 72 hours, then a short agreement and a promotion commitment: a launch announcement within 7 days, and an agreed promo cadence. We provide a promo kit and a per-artist link. At 90 days out, if fewer than 10 fans have booked, the week becomes open and the remaining rooms can be sold to regular guests. The week still happens for fans who booked, and you still come and play. Signing does not close the resort, and other guests can still book rooms.

Band and crew

Your party gets the 2-bedroom overwater cabana. That room suits intimate formats: solo, duo, acoustic, DJ, or stripped-down. Every 10 paid fans unlocks one free crew room. Beyond that, a crew rate — room share plus food at cost, with no host fee — comes out of the payout. Crew do not count toward the 30 guests.

Content you get

A photographer and videographer cover the Ceiba jam, the pool party, the public concert, and the boat party. Edited photos arrive within 72 hours, and 3 to 5 vertical clips within 7 days. You can use all of it on your own socials and promo. Lina Point and Music Mayan may also use it to market future weeks.
